✅ Return Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is incomplete (missing parts/accessories)

❗ Returns for reasons like “change of mind”, “not liking the product”, or “design/size preference” are not accepted as we deal in replica products with limited inventory.


📸 Unboxing Video is Mandatory

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video that:

  • Starts before the package is opened

  • Shows the shipping label clearly

  • Captures the entire process of opening

  • Clearly shows the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item)

⚠️ No return or refund will be processed without an unboxing video as proof.


🔁 Exchange Process

  • If your claim is valid, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


💰 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received (if applicable), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via UPI or Bank Transfer (customer will be asked to share details).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If pickup service is available in your area, we will arrange it.

  • In case return pickup is not available, the customer will be required to self-ship the item to our return address (provided by our support team).
